Two former Tesla workers are charged with disclosing 75,735 records of current and past workers to the media website Handelsblatt in May.

"Tesla was notified by a foreign media outlet (called Handelsblatt) on May 10, 2023.
In a letter to the state attorney general, Tesla claimed that the company had received secret information belonging to the company.
According to the investigation, two former Tesla employees stole the data, violating Tesla's IT security policies.
