Two former Tesla workers are charged with disclosing 75,735 records of current and past workers to the media website Handelsblatt in May.

"Tesla was notified by a foreign media outlet (called Handelsblatt) on May 10, 2023.
In a letter to the state attorney general, Tesla claimed that the company had received secret information belonging to the company.
